For two seasons and 130 episodes I was the host and time traveling detective of Where In Time Is Carmen Sandiego? A quiz show where I asked questions like:
• Who was the 13th President?
• What is the Chunnel?
• Is the singular of “spaghetti” really “spaghetto”?
But 25 years later I’m finding the more prevalent questions are:
• What the hell is going on in the world?
• How does one pivot from their established business?
• Is it possible to stay resilient and cultivate optimism in the face of difficult times?
• Why isn’t the singular of “Martini”. “Martino”?
So instead of guiding contestants through The Trail of Time, I’m using my own timeline of having worked with George Lucas, directed Stan Lee, collaborated with the rock band KISS, developed shows with Snoop Dogg and helped Mike Tyson solve some mysteries to help you AND me solve the TRUE mysteries of today. Like:
• Can we really manifest things?
• How do we know our worth?
• Can I still break in to TV writing?
• If so, how?
• What does it take to write a comic book?
• How do I put together a voice over real?
• Is there a trick to getting on Broadway?
• When should I write my novel?
• And a whole host of other things I have experience with.
Plus we’ll keep it fun and festive with anecdotes and updates on things like my upcoming graphic novel HOST MORTEM, my role as Dick Clark in the new Michael Jackson movie and all the projects, passions, opinions and problems that’ll come up in the coming year.
So if your first question of the day was “Why Subscribe?” hopefully you’ve gotten the correct answer and will stick around to keep playing.
